Football clubs can be pretty stressful environments sometimes so the boys are always looking for something to have a bit of a laugh about.

Right now it is Dean Solomon who is copping a bit of a caning after he was apparently spotted in the James Duffy Hair Salon down the road from Windy Hill.

The story goes that Solly was seen under one of those hair dryers after having his hair straightened. It cost him about $45.

As you can imagine, the boys are giving him a pretty hard time and he's not all that happy about it.

I have a fair idea who saw him down there and who spread the story but I'm not going to give him up.

Anyway, onto the serious stuff and we have the chance to equal a 71-year-old record when we take on Fremantle at Colonial Stadium tomorrow night.

We rated Fremantle pretty highly after our round three clash at Subiaco earlier this season.

The Dockers are very hard at the football and they have a very quick mid-field - probably as fast as any going around at the moment.

Adrain Fletcher, Paul Hasleby, Troy Cook and Brad Dodd are all very good players in the middle while Tony Modra will be set to fire after a couple of games back from injury.

Fremantle is desperate to finish above its arch rivals the West Coast Eagles for the first time. If they can beat us tomorrow night they will be well on the way to achieving that goal.

We played much better football against Richmond last weekend but we must strive to improve even further.

I hope to see all Bomber fans at Colonial Stadium tomorrow night for what I think will be a very good game.
