Goal and Mark of the Year
One of the highlights of the Crichton Medal is counting down the top 10 goals and marks of the year, as voted by you!
This year the voting is ultra tight, with McVeigh and Ryder polling well for the Mark of the Year, while rookie Alwyn Davey is giving his captain Matthew Lloyd a real run in the Goal of the Year.
Essendon officials will meet with West Coast superstar, Chris Judd, this week to put forward its case for the brilliant midfielder to line-up for the Bombers in 2008. Chief Operating Officer, Travis Auld, said competition to secure Judd will be intense with a number of other Melbourne clubs also meeting the former Brownlow medalist.
