The 2007 NAB AFL Draft order of selection has been officially released. With Essendon, having finished 11th this year it is entitled to selections 6, 23, 39, 55, 71, 87, 103, 119.
 
""We can't be certain as to how we will approach the NAB AFL draft until after trade week, which is next week, and the draft camp which starts today,"" List Manager, Adrian Dodoro, said today.
 
""The draft camp is very important because it's where we will be finalising our assesments on the best young players.
 
""We will look at our draft selection priorities after those two events.""
 
Dodoro said this year's draft doesn't appear to be as strong as 2006 but Essendon is aiming to maxinise the value of each pick, expecially those used later in the draft.
 
""Some Clubs will get better value for their picks than other clubs so we are doing our homework to make sure we get the best players available to the Bombers.""
