CONGRATULATIONS!!! Shaun Searle has taken out the innaugural James Hird Footy Tipping Competition after a brilliant tipping performance in season 2001. Shaun finished with 130 winners to finish ahead of five other tipsters who finished on 127 winners. After a countback, Michael Lucas was declared second with Belinda Sydes coming in third. Shaun has won a trip for team with the team on one of its interstate trips to Sydney or Adelaide next season. Michael has won two tickets to a Chairman's Dinner at Colonial Stadium next season and a night on the interchange bench. Belinda and five friends have won kick-to-kick with Matthew Lloyd for half an hour. Well done to our winners.
