Long time sponsors of the Essendon Football Club, Red Energy are proud to announce their involvement with the club’s widely renowned GLoBALL program.

Established in 2009, GLoBALL is a joint initiative run by Essendon and Cricket Victoria that enables international students to meet Victorians who, as GLoBALL ambassadors, will introduce students to sports and make them welcome in Victoria. International students are also offered opportunities to connect with local football, cricket and netball sporting clubs.

Since its inception, GLoBALL has helped over 15,000 people from 104 countries experience all the action of AFL and Cricket at some of the state’s best sporting grounds.

In addition to attending AFL and cricket matches for free, participants get to tour the National Sports Museum, help make the team banner with the Essendon Cheer Squad and take part in clinics, all while making new friends and having fun along the way.
