Fans can expect a number of familiar faces to return for Essendon VFL in 2016.
The list has been finalised ahead of the beginning of the team's 2016 Season on April 9, with McNiece, Heppell, Coghlan, Thompson and Freezer among some of the big names to return.
A number of younger players will get a chance at a VFL level under new Coach Matthew Egan.
With the list now finalised, Egan and the coaching team will go to work finalising the game plan and strategy as they look to emulate the success of the 2015 season.
Essendon VFL will play a final practice match against Footscray this Saturday at Whitten Oval, starting at 12pm.
