Essendon's VWFL (Wheelchair) side have been presented with their 2025 playing guernseys as part of the two-day preseason camp at the NEC Hangar.
Essendon AFLW player and Club Wheelchair Football ambassador, Steph Wales was in attendance to present each player with their guernsey.
Joined by Senior Coach, Chris Henderson, the new look Bombers have begun pre-season, counting down to Friday 16 May v St Kilda at State Netball & Hockey Centre, when the season proper will begin.
The team is set to represent the club in the 2025 Victorian Wheelchair Football League (VWFL), continuing its commitment since the league's inception in 2018.
The Bombers are eager to improve upon their previous season's performance, where they faced an elimination final defeat, and will compete against teams from Collingwood, Hawthorn, St Kilda, Hawthorn and Richmond.
A full squad list will be announced in the coming weeks.
