It was an experience of a lifetime for young Bomber fans Ruby and Hugo as they had the opportunity to dine with Dyson Heppell and Joe Daniher earlier this week.
Danny Dale along with his son Hugo and daughter Ruby attended a lunch with the star duo after successfully purchasing the ‘Young Guns Lunch’ in the club’s recent Our Community Pledge online auction.
Our Community Pledge is an online auction allowing the public to bid on a number of EFC exclusives, experiences, products and memorabilia.
The money raised in Our Community Pledge supports Essendon Football Club to achieve its pledge to the community.
One of these exclusive experiences was the opportunity for lunch with two of the club’s ‘Young Guns’ in Heppell and Daniher.
Our Community Pledge is conducted on an annual basis with many more EFC experienced such as this lunch available for fans to purchase next year.
With thanks to our fans and business supporters the club raised $50,000 that we will pledge directly into the community.
