Essendon has taken to the SCG for its captain's run ahead of the round four clash with Sydney.

The Bombers' 25-player squad enjoyed a light run in overcast conditions as they prepare to take on the second-placed Swans.

Captain Dyson Heppell was a noticeable member of the Dons' travelling party, while David Zaharakis has also made the trip to the Harbour City.
