The Essendon Football Club held its annual Family Day, bringing together passionate supporters, players, and staff for a memorable day of fun and community spirit. The event, held at The NEC Hangar, was a huge success, with the red and black army turning out to celebrate their beloved Bombers ahead of the 2025 AFL season.

The day was filled with exciting activities for all ages with fans having the opportunity to meet their favourite AFL and AFLW players, collect autographs, and even grab a selfie. 

Fans also enjoyed food trucks, Bombers merchandise plus many partner activations kept the Essendon faithful entertained all afternoon.

The Dons family also got to witness AFL captain, Zach Merrett and AFLW Co-captain Bonnie Toogood up on on stage with AFL Senior Coach Brad Scott also chatting to the crowd reiterating how important everyones support will be going into the 2025 season.

Essendon kick-off their season this Saturday, taking on Gold Coast in Opening Round at People First Stadium.
