The VFL Bombers have built a belief that their best can beat anyone, according to playing assistant coach Kyle Hardingham.
Ahead of Sunday’s Preliminary final, Hardingham said the side has the ability to go all the way.
“I think the biggest improvement is the ‘buy in’ from the team,” he said.
“It’s the belief and knowing that the structures that we’ve got in place are there for a reason.”
Despite going down to Williamstown earlier in the year, Hardingham said the Bombers will bring a far different brand of football this Sunday.
“When we played them last time it was definitely a different team, and the boys hadn’t bought into what we were capable of, but in those last few weeks as a team we’ve seen what we can actually do,” he said.
“So it’s the belief and knowing that our structures are there, especially in finals.”
With the Dons just a win away from a Grand Final birth, Hardingham admitted the excitement amongst the group is evident.
“With the team we’re going to name for the weekend, and our structures- we’re built for finals footy,” he said.
“The boys are pretty pumped, and I’ve still never beaten Williamstown, so it will be bloody awesome to get the win over them and go into a Grand Final.”
