Essendon has made four changes for its clash with Greater Western Sydney at Metricon Stadium on Friday night.

Speedster Conor McKenna leads the inclusions after being managed last week, while young midfielder Matt Guelfi will play his first senior game since round two.

Kyle Langford has been recalled after serving a one-match suspension, while Shaun McKernan replaces Tom Bellchambers (managed) and will pinch-hit in the ruck to support second-gamer Sam Draper.

Ned Cahill, Brayden Ham and Martin Gleeson have been omitted.

The Bombers will be looking to make amends for last week's heavy defeat to Brisbane and return to the top eight when they face the in-form Giants.

The action will begin at 7:50pm AEST, broadcast live and free on Channel 7.
