Adam McPhee left the Bombers in disappointing circumstances at the end of the 2009 season agreeing to move to Fremantle after the trade period had closed.
His fan rating dropped considerably for 2009 recording 4.53/10 down from 6.64/10 in what was a patchy year.
More than 20,000 membership packs have now been sent out to Bomber supporters and thousands more will be sent out in February.
The unexpected delay in the mailing of 2010 membership packs is due to a number of factors including an upgrade of Essendon’s IT systems which will ultimately improve the accuracy of club information.
The club is aiming to have all membership packs sent out in the near future and thanks supporters for their patience.

Essendon went down to the West Coast Eagles by 35-points in the opening round of the NAB Cup tonight. Despite rushing out to a 24-point quarter-time lead - and stretching the margin to 30-points in the second quarter - Essendon had no answer for young Eagles' star Nic Naitanui who almost single-handedly turned the game his side's way.
