Mercy Care is holding an auction and one prize is a children's party with some Bomber players.
Essendon is supporting the auction as part of its partnership with Mercy Care, a work of the Sisters of Mercy, Melbourne Congregation.
Mercy Care is a safe house which provides overnight accommodation for over 500 women and children per year who are victims of family violence.
Many of the people who seek refuge come with nothing but the clothes that they stand in and Mercy Care relies on the generosity of individuals and organisations to provide a supportive service.
