The Essendon Football Club and AFL Victoria are working with Boots For All to allow everyone in the community to be involved in football.

Boots For All is an independent, not-for-profit organisation collecting quality, second-hand footy boots, new footballs and ball pumps for redistribution to Australian Rules football clubs and programs requiring access to such sporting equipment.

Essendon community manager Russell James said the partnership between the club and Boots for All is a great opportunity for a large sporting organisation to give something back to the community.

“We are proud to again be partnering this important organisation to ensure access to boots and equipment is no longer a barrier to participation for young people throughout Australia,” he said.

“As a community we can make a small yet important contribution towards this campaign by donating unwanted boots and equipment to ensure that every young person that wants to play football has the opportunity to do so.”

Boots can be donated at the Bomber Shop at Windy Hill or contact Boots For All on
