Marcus Marigliani will make his AFL debut this Sunday after being named in Essendon’s 22 to take on the Brisbane Lions at Etihad.

Marigliani came to Essendon via selection 55 in the 2009 Rookie Draft. A mature-age selection from VFL side Frankston, the 24-year-old is a quick midfielder who can also push forward.

David Myers, Brent Prismall and Leroy Jetta also come into the side this week to replace Ricky Dyson (knee), David Zaharakis (knee), Sam Lonergan (virus) and Travis Colyer (virus).
