In light of this week’s long-awaited decision on Essendon’s supplements program, this game looms as a real indicator of the Bombers' mental fortitude. They have now had three heavy defeats in a row and need to gain some sort of momentum before the finals. For North Melbourne, the best they can hope for is that ninth spot may permit them a finals berth.
