KEY BOMBERS TO TAKE ON MAGPIES
Essendon's injury list is in good shape at the right time of the year. The Bombers got out of the match against Fremantle injury free with Damian Cupido (cramp) the only player forced from the ground. Late withdrawals Dustin Fletcher (ankle) and Sean Wellman (hamstring) are both expected to be fit to take on Collingwood this Friday night at the MCG.

Steven Alessio missed the Bombers' match last weekend because of a back injury. His progress will be monitored during the week but he is also expected to be available. Paul Barnard (shoulder) returned via the VFL yesterday and is also available having missed the past two matches.
The battle for a top four position will go down to the wire with six teams vying for the final two top-four positions still available. Port Adelaide and Collingwood are safe in the top four and Brisbane will finish top four if it defeats the Western Bulldogs next week. However fourth position is very much up for grabs with the incumbent, Adelaide, facing a tough day out against ladder leader Port Adelaide.
