Essendon Football Club is pleased to announce Simon Madden and Phil Pryor will be officially declared elected to the Board at the 140th Annual General Meeting.
In accordance with the Club’s constitution, a ballot was held to fill two elected director positions available on the Board.
In order of appearance, as determined by lot, under the direction of the Returning Officer, the four nominees were:
Simon Madden
Rob Harwood
Phil Pryor
Vito Guzzardi
Simon and Phil received the highest amount of votes respectively.
The 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held on 16 December at the Clocktower Centre in Moonee Ponds at 7pm.
