A consistent 2014 from midfielder David Zaharakis once again has him in the running for the Crichton Medal.
Zaharakis played every match this season to average 22 disposals a game along with 14 goals.
The run and pace of Zaharakis continue to be a highlight as he often led the forays forward from around the contest.
He continued to show he could kick goals when it mattered most with two late goals almost stealing a come from behind win against Melbourne in round 13.
His 32 disposals against West Coast in round 21 helped lead the team to a dramatic come from behind win once again proving he was the clutch specialist.
Zaharakis kicked the winning goal against the Eagles with 11 minutes left on the clock to steal the victory.
After taking his game to a new level in 2014 Zaharakis will surely be among the top contenders for the 2014 Crichton Medal award.
