There has been plenty of talk about 'zoning' in AFL football this year and the effect it is having on the game.

Fans are asking is it here to stay, has it been used more this pre-season and how much impact does it really have?

In this week's poll we ask the big question: Is 'zoning' ruining AFL football?

Last week we asked which possible inclusion you were most excited to see play against Brisbane and fans overwhelmingly voted for Alwyn Davey (53.8%) from David Myers (26.9%), Jason Winderlich (10.05%) and Scott Lucas (9.24%).

Here is what some of the fans had to say:

Jonny from Gippsland says: The thought of Davey in action is great.....such an exciting player.

Jeremy from Victoria says: You gotta include Davey!! He's an excitement machine!!

Mark McLachlan from overseas says: Will be pleased to see Jason Winderlich return after so much bad luck, but looking forward to seeing them all play again as we will need all our best, at their best to be competitive.

G Sloan from Somerville VIC says: Looking forward to seeing all of these guys on the field. Myers looks very promising and we really missed the other three guys at times last year.

Alan McCready from Melton South says: All are good inclusions, but it's Froggy for me .. everyone lifts when the Froggy's chasing!

Joseph Attard from Taylors Hill says: Iam rooting for my favourite player Alwyn Davey to make the team this week. We need him in so we can see if he is fully fit, why wait when we could possibly go all the way in this thing?

Charles Spicar from Footscray says: Froggy is a barometre for how the team is traveling. His blistering pace, navigation through traffic and running down oppostion players was sadly missed.

Michael White from Brighton says: Excited about all four, (as well as more from Gumby and ""Son of Merv""), but given his early draft pick, Myers is the one that really needs to step up. He's obvioulsy got talent, now we just want to see him put it into action. Go Dons!

Dan MURPHY from Brisbane, Q'ld says: With an excitement machine like Alwyn available, plus Jason and Scotty especially, I'm looking forward to seeing the Bears, whoops, Lions get trashed!

Diane Trask from Bacchus Marsh says: Definately Davey. I want to see that he still hasn't lost any of his speed and still be able to weave his magic around the play. What an excitement machine. Something to look forward to, especially as we only lost some games by a few points and goals. Davey could be the difference in winning or losing.

Joel from Moonee Ponds says: It has to be Scotty for me! There's so much hype about the youngsters but it's all still hot air at this stage. Don't get me wrong...I'm excited about the teams' young prospects but I just want to see a genuine superstar of the game return & set a strong example for those kids. Leading, marking & booting goals = priceless!

Ben from Berwick says: After what Jason Winderlich has had to endure to come back and play footy again is inspirational. Very excited for him.

Adam from FTG says: As awesome as it is to see Alwyn charging around again, Scotty is a match winner and I cant wait to see him bombing goals on his left.
