You can't help but wonder. Just what are the Western Bulldogs doing on the bottom of the ladder? Any team with the likes of Nathan Brown, Luke Darcy, Scott West, Rohan Smith and Brad Johnson is capable of consistently winning games of football. The fact they haven't is a surprise and it is also fair warning to the Essendon Football Club. You get the feeling the Bulldogs will collect a scalp or two in the final four rounds of this season and Essendon must ensure it isn't one of them.
