Essendon Football Club would like to thank QANTAS for their donation of $11,000 in support of The Long Walk as a result of the goals kicked across the competition in the Dreamtime Round.
QANTAS donated $50 per goal kicked in every AFL match during Round 9 in support of The Long Walk’s Indigenous leadership programs.
A record crowd of over 10,000 people attended The Long Walk activities before Essendon’s annual Dreamtime at the ‘G game against Richmond.
Essendon’s Dreamtime at the ‘G playing guernseys were also actioned following the match and raised almost $10,000 for The Long Walk.
