Essendon champion Gavin Wanganeen will design this year's Indigenous Round football.
Since hanging up his boots, the dual-premiership player has established himself as an artist, exploring his Aboriginal heritage through painting.
Wanganeen is currently working with Sherrin to complete the design before the end of May, in time for Sir Doug Nicholls round.
In 2016 he launched his first ever art exhibition at Federation Square in Melbourne, titled Shooting Star.
The former Bomber designed Essendon's Dreamtime at the 'G guernsey last year.
Wanganeen played in Essendon's premiership side in 1993, the year he won the Brownlow, and then went on to captain Port Adelaide from 1997-2000.
He was the first indigenous player to play 300 AFL games.
Sir Doug Nicholls round kicks off with a Thursday night clash between Geelong and Port Adelaide at Simonds Stadium on May 25.
Richmond and Essendon will be the feature match of round 10 with the two clubs coming together for their annual MCG clash on May 27.
