Hille cleared
<DIV>The AFL has advised that the Match Review Panel has found that contact between Essendon's David Hille and Collingwood's Shane O'Bree from the third quarter of Friday's match has been assessed. It was the view of the panel that the bulk of the contact made by Hille was to O'Bree's shoulder, before minimal high contact was made to the Collingwood player.Given the impact of the high contact was negligible, no further action was required.</DIV>
The AFL has advised that the Match Review Panel has found that contact between Essendon's David Hille and Collingwood's Shane O'Bree from the third quarter of Friday's match has been assessed.

The match day report laid against West Coast's Adam Selwood for striking Fremantle's Clayton Hinkley during the second quarter of Saturday's NAB Challenge match was assessed.
It was the view of the panel that the impact between the two players was minimal. High contact to Hinkley was made with Selwood's bicep region, and not withthe player's fist. There wasno forceful high contact made and no further action was taken.
Essendon Football Club will today donate $50,000 to the Bushfire Appeal to assist those affected in Bendigo’s western region following the Black Saturday bushfires. Essendon managing director and CEO, Peter Jackson, said the club was connected to the region through its VFL affiliate club, the Bendigo Bombers, and wanted to help.
