Essendon Football Club's 2015 Family Day will be held on Saturday 14th March, starting at 12pm.

Come and join in the fun and festivities of the day following the club’s return from the Round 2 NAB Challenge game in Sydney.

The Bomber Shop HQ will have three convenient outlets open, making it easy to purchase your official EFC merchandise on the day directly from your club for your club.  2015 Members also receive 10% off full priced items.

Official 2015 home and heritage guernseys will be $99.95 and don’t forget to have your favourite players’ name and number applied with our heat press machines in the shop and van.

Thanks to adidas, purchase any item from the official 2015 EFC adidas range on the day to enter into the draw to Win 1 of 5 $500 adidas gift vouchers.

Drawn on the Day, the winners will simply be asked to show proof of purchase.

Entry is only open to residents of Victoria, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia aged 18 years or over. Residents of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter. The promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on Saturday 14 March 2015 and ends at 2:30pm AEST on Saturday 14 March 2015.

Membership:

The membership team at the membership marquee is on hand to assist with all membership enquiries. Any member that signs up today will receive a copy of ‘Flying High’ – Flying high celebrates all of EFC’s premierships. From 1pm Kevin Sheedy will be in the Membership tent signing autographs for 2015 members.

Head over to the Kia Carnival Café, grab a coffee and take a load off.  There will be free face painting and a handball target for the kids.  Also pop in after 1pm to grab an autograph from Dyson Heppell.  Make sure you speak to one of the Kia staff about booking a test drive in one of the new range, 2015 members receive up to $1,000* off a brand new Kia.  Be sure to check out the test drive zone and have a chat to Nick Kommer.

Be sure to visit the Fujitsu General marquee and sign up for your free Fujitsu quote and receive a free Ice Age DVD pack.  Also make sure to visit after 1pm and meet Heath Hocking and David Myers.

Head to the adidas activation to sign your message of support for the team on the adidas signing wall, situated near to the main stage. We will have adidas ambassador David Zaharakis on hand to assist, plus he will be signing autographs with Ben Howlett.

Take a photo of yourself at the wall and post the photo on either Instagram, Twitter or Facebook for a chance to win one of two 2015 team signed Guernseys.

Red Energy

Parking details:

Parking will not be available on site; however it is available in the surrounding area.

Disabled parking will be available opposite the True Value Solar Centre. Please ensure you have your disabled parking sign with you to access this parking.

Melbourne Airport has provided free parking for fans driving to the event. If approaching from the round-a-bout at Mickleham Road and Melrose Drive follow the below directions:

Head north-west on Melrose Dr towards the True Value Solar Centre

Turn left onto Link Road

At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto South Centre Road

At the following roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Operations Road and enter the car park

Shuttle buses will be available to transport fans to and from the event.  The first bus will be leaving at 11:30am.

*There is also limited parking in the residential streets both opposite the True Value Solar Centre and prior to the Mantra Hotel, accessible from Melrose Drive.  Please ensure you familiarise yourself with any parking restrictions that may apply in these streets and respect the residents when parking.

Kia will be assisting fans by offering 5 new Kia Sorentos to shuttle fans from Broadmeadows train station to the True Value Solar Centre, starting from 11am until 2pm and the return trips to the station from 2pm until 4pm. Kia’s will be situated on the Pascoe Vale Road side of the station to the left of the shopping strip.

*Capacity of the Kia Sorentos is 7 passengers so fans may be required to wait approximately 5 – 10 minutes for an available Kia Sorentos.
