Speaking to media at half-time, Knights said he was holding up well and enjoying the opportunity to play in front of his children.
""It's good to travel up and play a bit of game time, it's fantastic,"" Knights said.
""The body certainly isn't what it used to be but we are sharing it around and having some fun.""

The game also saw former players Matthew Allen and David Calthorpe - who starred in lime green boots and was captured on camera pushing Knights into the turf - take part in a game that was surprisingly competitive.
""Camporeale is only a year out of the game and is too swift and really shouldn't be playing in this game,"" Knights joked.
""There are a couple of Bendigo guys that played up forward today that go alright, I don’t know much about them but they look fantastic.""
The coaches pulled on the boots to support a Bendigo Bushfire Appeal Fundraiser which included a celebrity game, juniors game and a Bendigo Bombers v Bendigo All-Stars clash.
The day also saw Essendon donate $50,000 to the Bushfire Appeal to assist those affected in Bendigo’s western region following the Black Saturday bushfires.
""It feels really good to be involved and to help the community and if you can have an impact that is good,"" Knights said.
""It's probably gone under the radar a little bit, what Bendigo has had to go through, and lot of people have had to move out of their homes. If we can assist today, and that is all we can do is assist, and give our support than that is good.
