In the week the club celebrates the 30th anniversary of the 1984 and 1985 premierships against Hawthorn, Bomber fans have the chance to mingle with their favourite stars of yesterday.
On Sunday 12 April at the MCG ahead of Essendon’s clash against Hawthorn, members of the ‘84 & ‘85 premiership teams including Simon Madden, Glenn Hawker, Frank Dunell, Garry Foulds, Bryan Wood, Stephen Carey and Shane Heard will all be on hand to meet and greet fans at the EFC Mobile Hall of Fame located outside Gate 3.
Essendon supporters can meet the stars of the club’s arguably greatest era and pose for photos with the historic premiership cups at the Mobile Hall of Fame on Sunday.
Coach and captain of the time - Kevin Sheedy and Terry Daniher – will also lead the charge to form a guard of honour on ground with the premiership players from 84 and 85 including Tim Watson, Paul Salmon, Mark Harvey, Paul Vander Haar, Bill Duckworth and more.
