Essendon has made three changes to the side to take on GWS this Saturday at Spotless Stadium.

Brent Stanton, Ben Howlett and Martin Gleeson return while Darcy Parish (calf), James Kelly (groin) and Matt Dea have been left out.

The match will be Brendon Goddard’s 300th at AFL level.

Throughout his career at Essendon and St Kilda, Goddard has earned two All-Australian honours, a best and fairest, was appointed Captain in 2016 and has played in three Grand Finals.
