Essendon will host Fremantle on Sunday August 27 in the final home and away round of the season.
The match will be played at Etihad Stadium with the first bounce at 1:10pm.
The game will be broadcast on Fox Sports. It will mark the first time the Dons have hosted the Dockers since 2010.
Tickets will go on sale at 9am on Wednesday August 9.
The AFL announced the fixture for the final round today.
