Powerful Bomber Jake Stringer’s sensational performance in Essendon’s exciting 10-point victory over Gold Coast has been rewarded with nine coaches’ votes.
Stringer was at his freakish best against the Suns despite suffering illness during the week, starring with greater opportunities in the midfield.
The dynamic goalkicker was dominant both on the ball and inside 50, gathering 15 disposals, 508 metres gained, four centre clearances, five inside 50s, four goals and a goal assist.

Star midfielder Dylan Shiel (28 disposals, seven tackles, five clearances and a stunning goal) was the only other Bomber awarded votes, taking home three after yet another brilliant display on the ball.
