Essendon has enjoyed a rewarding second day in the Northern Territory ahead of Saturday's Dreamtime in Darwin clash.

Following yesterday's welcome to Larrakia land, the Bombers again spent their Friday out in the community, beginning with a Little Long Walk at Jingili Primary School joined by special guests in Olympic Gold Medallist Nova Peris, son Jack Peris and club legend Michael Long.

A press conference was also held at TIO Stadium for the two clubs (represented by Dons Co-Captain Bonnie Toogood and Tigers Vice-Captain Gabby Seymour), where proud Anjilunga Lorulla woman Mary Dunn was recognised as this year's Honouree for Indigenous Round.

Members of the Bombers and Tigers' playing groups had the opportunity to visit Crocosaurus Cove, before it was back to TIO for an open training session at the Dons' Captain's Run.

Essendon's clash with Richmond kicks off from 8:15pm AEDT (6:45pm ACST) on Saturday night.
