AFLW Bombers pre-season fixture confirmed

Essendon’s AFLW side will take on Hawthorn and Geelong in pre-season hitouts, with the AFL confirming details today.

The Bombers will play against the Hawks in match simulation on Saturday, August 10 from 1:00pm at Caulfield Grammar (Wheelers Hill Campus).

The two clubs will confirm the format of this game and public access closer to the match.

In the official practice match, the Bombers will host Geelong at Windy Hill on Saturday, August 17 from 1:00pm.

Fans are encouraged to get to Windy Hill to show their support to the side as they go through their final preparations for the 2024 season.

Entry to the match is free, and for those who can’t attend, the live stream will be available on Essendon’s website.
