All Essendon players and staff came together to celebrate 20 years of Dreamtime at the NEC Hangar on Tuesday afternoon, with special guests from the Indigenous community hosting a panel event.
The event was hosted by Inala Cooper and featured Russellina Puruntatameri (Dreamtime Guernsey Artist), Ngarra Murray (Granddaughter of Sir Doug Nicholls), club legend Michael Long and GM - Long Walk Leanne Brooke.
The panel delved into the importance of the match outside of the result, reflecting on the club's involvement within the Indigenous community over the years.
The panel concluded with a riveting performance from the Koorie Youth Will Shake Spear Dancers.
Richmond and Essendon will play in the 20th Dreamtime at the 'G game on Saturday night at 7:40pm AEST.
