Essendon’s VFL side will host its final game at Windy Hill for 2014 this Saturday afternoon when the team takes on the Northern Blues.

The Bombers will be looking to get their third win on the board for the season to keep their VFL finals hopes alive.

With the senior Essendon team having a bye this weekend, VFL coach Hayden Skipworth has encouraged all Bomber fans to get their footy fix and attend the team’s final game at Windy Hill for 2014.

“Windy Hill is a special place for Essendon fans so we encourage all of our supporters to get down there for one last time in 2014,” Skipworth said.

“We’re hoping for a big performance against the Northern Blues this weekend and we want to see as many red and black supporters cheering our boys on at the hallowed ground of Windy Hill.”

All 2014 Essendon members are entitled to free entry, with the game kicking off at 1.00pm.
