Bridget Barker – Sport and Recreation Coordinator, North Melbourne FC:
Bridget is responsible for running football programs for boys and girls from many different cultures. Working with the MUWFC and the Kensington Junior Football Club Bridget has ensured there are clear pathways for young women to participate in female football from Auskick through to senior level football. Bridget’s love of football and coaching has been described as nothing less than infectious.
Emma Gibson – Female Football Coordinator, SA National Football League:
Emma is passionate about providing opprotunities for girls to play at all levels. Since starting in her current role, Emma has shaped the direction of female football in South Australia, playing a instrumental role in the introduction of an U14 and U16 competion, and the establishment of two female football clubs, Central District and Salisbury.
Allana Dickie – Female Football Manager, WA Football Commission:
Allana’s passion for football has allowed her to establish a female football ambassador program in WA where she works closely with young women aged 16-20. This allows these young women to develop life skills to help with such things as cyber bullying and public speaking. Allana is leading female football development in WA; without Allana’s contribution in this state female football wouldn’t be where it is today.
