Essendon is set to be bolstered by a debutant and AFL experience in its round 14 clash with Richmond.
21-year-old Castlemaine recruit Kalan Huntly will pull on the red and black for the first time, while AFL Bombers Darcy Parish and Josh Green have been named to play in the top-four blockbuster at Windy Hill on Sunday.
Essendon still holds a top-four position but will be looking to get back on the winner’s list after a hard-fought loss to the Casey Demons last weekend.
The Bombers are yet to do battle with the Tigers, who sit on top of the ladder with six wins from their last seven starts.
The match kicks off at 2pm and will be the second part of a VFLW/M double-header.
