Following on from 52-point victory over West Coast in Perth on Sunday, thanks to Liberty, we caught up with head of medical services Megan Smith to update the health of our list and highlight some individual performances.
Small forward Georgia Gee collected 16 disposals against the Eagles, but it was her ability to cover the ground that was most impressive.
Topping the total kilometres, Gee ran 8.6km with 31.3% completed at a high-speed intensity, which was well above the league average of 23% for her position.
Sophie Van De Heuvel also covered a lot of the ground from the backline with a total of 8.1km, with 25.3% recorded as high-speed running.
With only three games under her belt, Steph Wales was influential in the ruck and on the scoreboard, kicking three majors.
Wales’ work rate through the middle of the ground was also impressive, with the 19-year-old’s data reflecting the top-tier rucks throughout the league, with 14.2% of her total distance being high-speed running and covering an average of 120-metres per minute.
