Jake Stringer hasn't been included, with senior coach Ben Rutten today revealing the star forward needed more conditioning before being available for selection.
Will Snelling was also not available for selection after sustaining a calf injury in training this week.
Midfielders Dylan Shiel and Jye Caldwell have been named after missing large chunks of last season, with Saturday's match to mark Caldwell's first ever at the MCG.
The Bombers and Cats will go head-to-head from 2:10pm AEDT, with the Powercor Country Festival kicking off from 12:30pm. Click here for more information.
