With his dazzling footwork and sheer wizardry, Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti cast a spell over the Demons’ defenders under Friday night lights.
His virtuoso effort has him in the running for the Coates Hire AFL Goal of the Year.

Round 4 v Brisbane: Walla’s record-breaking seventh
The star of the show signs off in style.
With 13 seconds left at the MCG on a sunny Saturday afternoon, Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti had Bombers fans on their feet for one last time, kicking his seventh goal to set a new career-high.

Round 15 v GWS: McKernan’s leveller
With 2:17 left on the clock and the Giants up by six points, the Bombers needed a hero.
Enter, Shaun McKernan.
The powerful forward’s finish on the run tied up the scores, and from there, there was no looking back as the Dons completed a famous comeback.

Round 15 v GWS: Hooker’s match-winner
The switch that proved a masterstroke.
Moved to the forward line in the final term, Cale Hooker played the leading role in the Bombers’ exhilarating fightback, kicking two goals and playing a hand in others.
He saved the best for last, too, juggling a mark and converting the set shot to give his side the lead in the final 30 seconds.

Round 19 v Gold Coast: Stringer’s sealer
Jake Stringer single-handedly turned the game against the Suns, capping off a best-on-ground display with a stunning sealer.
The long goal – showcasing his speed, skill and smarts - was one of his four on the night, securing the Bombers’ fifth consecutive win.
