John Worsfold is encouraging supporters to turn out on Friday night when the Bombers host traditional rival Hawthorn at Etihad Stadium.
The match is the last of only two of the Club's Friday night games, and the Bombers' only home game in the primetime slot.
Worsfold said that team weren't daunted by the challenge of the three-time reigning premiers.
“We will have a go,” Worsfold said.
“We will get out there and aim to put as much pressure on Hawthorn and aim to play as well as we can and see where we end up.
“We want to keep building. I’m reluctant to say let’s play 10 guys in the backline and stop the opposition scoring, that’s not going to teach us and that’s not going to help us improve.
“We have to wear some pain as we want to get better and we will keep taking that on.”
The Bombers are setting out to win as many quarters of footy as possible, with another victory the main aim in the coming weeks.
Worsfold insisted that the Bombers' younger brigade provide a lot of enthusiasm for the fans who come and support.
“If you want to see McDonald-Tipungwuti play live and see what he does and the excitement he brings to the crowd, there is also Darcy Parish and Fantasia,” Worsfold said.
“You get the opportunity to see the start for these guys, it’s always nice to look back later and say I was there when these young kids were doing the hard yards.
“We have got by far the youngest forward line in the competition but they’re going to do some exciting things. Different games this year things are going to really click for us and they are going to see some exciting footy.”
