What is a Mobile Membership Card?
A Mobile Membership Card is your Member Card that can be accessed via the official Essendon Football Club app and will be used as an alternative to a physical plastic card for the remainder of the season. Your access to each Essendon game is available to be saved into your phone’s wallet (Apple Wallet or Passbook) which you can use to scan into the MCG and Marvel Stadium, and access your reserved seat.
Why are we using Mobile Membership Cards?
Due to COVID-19, Victorian venues have become digital-only venues which means no membership cards or physical tickets can be used to access games.
With Victorian Government approved COVID-safe plans requiring that venues be divided in to ‘zones’, members must now enter the venue through a specific gate. This gate number is available on Mobile Membership Cards, but is not printed on physical members cards.
This also allows us to adapt quickly to any unforeseen fixture changes, with no interruption to your member benefits and match access entitlements.

Can I use the same digital ticket for all home games?
No. Each individual game has a different barcode to provide you access to each game. You will need to access or download your Mobile Membership Card prior to each individual game. Each game will be available 96 hours prior to match start time.
Will I still receive a physical 2021 Membership Card?
Yes. All 2021 members have been sent a physical membership card that you can use to access discounts at merchandise outlets and through our proud commercial partners, and is still a great way to show your support for the Mighty Bombers.
How can I access my Mobile Membership Card?

I have family members. Can I swap between tickets?
Yes, you can. You can switch between each family members account by clicking on your name at the top of the page and selecting their name. Make sure you add the tickets to your wallet or passbook so you can easily swap between tickets at the gate.

I am a General Admission member and I cannot see my tickets.
General Admission members still need to redeem a ticket via Ticketek (MCG) or Ticketmaster (Marvel Stadium). There is no additional cost for doing so, and you can then access your mobile ticket through the Ticketek or Ticketmaster app, as you have done for the first seven rounds of the season.
I do not own a smart phone. What can I do?
No need to worry, if you do not have a smart phone, please contact member services on 03 8340 2000 and we will make sure you have access to the game.
I am having issues accessing my tickets. What can I do?
Contact member services on 03 8340 2000 Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Alternatively you can find member services on game day at the venue.
