ANZAC DAY GUERNSEY
Join the Bombers and the AFL in honouring the sacrifices made by the Anzac forces with Essendon's 2021 Under Armour Anzac Appeal Guernsey. A portion of all profits will go to the 2021 Anzac Appeal. The iconic red sash has been updated as a wreath of Flanders Poppies - the flower that grew from the battlefield at Ypres.
MERCHANDISE
Essendon's Anzac guernseys and scarves will be available at the MCG on the concourse via Gates 1, 2, 4 and 5, as well as inside the stadium at Gates 1, 2 and 5. Limited woollen Anzac Day guernseys are available in-store and online, as well as scarves. Portions of the proceeds from sales go to the Anzac Appeal. Don't forget, members receive 10 per cent off.
JOINT CHEER SQUAD BANNER
Essendon and Collingwood players will join together to run through a single banner created by the cheer squads of both clubs, in recognition of the Anzac spirit and the way Australians came together as one in times of war. The banner lists the names of footballers from each club who lost their lives in war. The captains and players of both teams will meet to shake hands before running through the banner.
