Biopsy results have revealed Adam Ramanauskas has low-grade cancer in his neck and shoulder region. In a boost for Adam, specialists have given an encouraging prognosis and the club is hopeful he will be back playing next season. Adam will shortly commence intensive radiotherapy. His treatment will take place five days a week and be completed within six weeks. Adam is in good spirits and wants to thank everyone who has sent him messages of support.

It arouses emotions of passion, anger, joy, depression. As a spectator or a fan, these emotions are accentuated by a sense of helplessness in so far as there is nothing you can do to change the events that unfold in front of you on the field of play – other than yell your lungs out of course.
