Bendigo kicks ANZAC weekend off to flying start

Despite trailing at half-time, Bendigo fought their way back and ran away with it in the second half to finish the game 14.14 (98) to Collingwood's 9.14 (68).

Despite trailing at half-time, Bendigo fought their way back and ran away with it in the second half to finish the game 14.14 (98) to Collingwood's 9.14 (68).
Bendigo’s Jason Cloke and Hayden Skipworth each booted three goals, while Essendon stars Leroy Jetta - in his return game from a wrist injury - and Jay Neagle also made their presence known, kicking two.
Jetta was lively and showed some promising signs while Neagle had his best game for Bendigo for bthe year.
