A new group of players will arrive at Windy Hill this week following Saturday’s National Draft. Today on Bombertv, Essendon recruiting manager Adrian Dodoro discusses each of the players selected and how they will fit into the Bombers outfit. ""We have come out of it with a pretty exciting group of young players for the future,"" Dodoro explains.
Patrick Ryder is a quality young footballer but an equally impressive young man, according to AIS / AFL High Performance Coach Alan McConnell. McConnell coached Ryder as a member of the Australian under 17 side that toured Ireland. ""He is fairly quiet but very polite and respectful. His time at Clontarf Academy (Perth) was very good for him,"" McConnell said today.
