Essendon Football Club had a excellent year on the field and another bumper season off the field. The 2001 Annual Report is now on-line outlining the club's off-field activites for the financial year ending October 31st. The publication includes a report from Essendon Football Chairman Graeme McMahon where he confirms the club's operating profit of $1.25 million. Essendon chief executive Peter Jackson also reports to members on a range of issues including the salary cap and the difficult economic conditions likely to confront AFL clubs in 2002.
