Jason Winderlich, a budding property entrepreneur in his own right, was the ambassador for Bensons and gave those in attendance at both functions an insight into the grueling pre-season the team had just undertaken, as well as a background on his own interest in the property market. Jason has long been a keen observer and investor, looking to set himself up for life after football by making some smart moves in the property game. As such, he was a perfect ambassador for Bensons.
Bensons’ Managing Director Rick Curtis and Sam Nathan from independent property valuation firm Charter Keck Cramer gave the crowd a fantastic insight in to the current Melbourne property market. Essendon young guns in attendance included Jake Melksham, Dyson Heppell, Ariel Steinberg and Luke Davis, who all walked away much more knowledgeable about investment properties and maybe with a few ideas of some smart investments down the track.
New Assistant Coach Bomber Thompson also made an appearance and thrilled the crowd with his appraisal of the Club before round 1.
Both nights proved a fantastic opportunity to get an insight into Bensons’ Alexander Lombard Tower, the final stage of the landmark Travancore on the Park development. The development is an architectural masterpiece designed by renowned architects, Fender Katsalidis. It will comprise 25 elegant storeys with every apartment floor thoughtfully planned to capture natural light and the best of Melbourne’s city skyline and parkland views.
