For Dean Rioli, Grand Final day 2000 was a bittersweet experience. He revelled in the joy of his teammates winning the flag but was devastated by the fact that injury had robbed him of a Premiership Medal. In six days time Rioli will have the chance to right that wrong. In an Engine Room exclusive, Dean Rioli tells of the heartache of 2000 and how it has been the driving force in 2001. ""It was just hard to watch the boys get up on to the podium one by one and have the premiership medals put around their neck -when you wanted so badly to be a part of that it is hard,"" Rioli says.
