FRESH LEGS COME INTO ESSENDON SIDE
Kevin Sheedy indicated all week that the coaching panel was not afraid to make changes to the side that defeated Geelong by six goals. So it comes as no surprise that fresh legs come into the side. In comes Ted Richards after starring for the Bendigo Bombers in recent weeks. Also to come into the side is veteran Steve Alessio. After debuting last week Jobe Watson has been omitted from the team, as has Paul Barnard.

It has been a while since a game between Essendon and St.Kilda has been labelled as a blockbuster. Tomorrow night's game at the Dome is shaping up to be a blockbuster between the two sides who both have six wins on the board and must win to keep their finals hopes alive. Essendon had a light training session this morning in preparation for the important match that might just be the turning point in the club's season.
